<ul><li>Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.</li><li>Independently manage complex cases including sepsis, ARDS, multi-organ dysfunction, shock, trauma, and post-operative critical patients.</li><li>Lead and supervise Senior Residents, Junior Residents, and ICU nursing staff in delivering evidence-based critical care.</li><li>Perform and oversee emergency procedures such as intubation, central/arterial line placement, tracheostomy, chest tube insertion, and advanced airway management.</li><li>Monitor and interpret diagnostic results (ABG, hemodynamic monitoring, imaging, and lab parameters) to plan treatment strategies.</li><li>Conduct structured ICU rounds, document patient progress, and ensure timely clinical decision-making.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
