<ol><li data-list="bullet">Lead the clinical management of critically ill patients in the ICU.</li><li data-list="bullet">Perform comprehensive patient assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.</li><li data-list="bullet">Supervise ventilator management, hemodynamic support, and organ failure management.</li><li data-list="bullet">Handle complex medical emergencies and code blue situations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Guide and supervise senior residents, junior doctors, and ICU nursing staff.</li><li data-list="bullet">Perform and oversee invasive procedures including intubation, central/arterial line placement.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other specialties and support services.</li><li data-list="bullet">Communicate with patients’ families regarding prognosis, treatment plans, and outcomes.</li></ol>
