1. Provide comprehensive psychiatric care as Attending/Associate Consultant.

3. Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient care, and emergency psychiatric assessments.
4. Develop individualized treatment plans including pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and counseling.
5. Monitor patient progress, treatment response, and adjust management accordingly.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and nurses.
7. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.
8. Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuing medical education.
9. Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and allied mental health staff.
