4. Prepare and review accurate microbiology reports in a timely manner.
5. Monitor laboratory quality control, biosafety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Maintain and supervise laboratory equipment, reagents, and technical staff.
7. Participate in outbreak investigations and hospital infection surveillance programs.
