Job Description
- Provide comprehensive laparoscopic surgical care as Attending/Associate Consultant.
- Perform elective and emergency minimally invasive procedures with high safety standards.
- Evaluate patients pre-operatively and manage post-operative care and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with anesthesiology, nursing, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, quality standards, and infection control.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical records.
- Participate in clinical audits, morbidity meetings, and quality improvement.
- Mentor junior doctors, residents, and OT staff as required.
