1. Provide comprehensive critical care services as Attending/Associate Consultant.
2. Manage patients with life-threatening conditions in ICU and high-dependency units.
3. Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilatory support, and organ support therapies.
4. Lead emergency interventions and resuscitation efforts when required.
5. Coordinate multidisciplinary care with physicians, surgeons, nurses, and allied health staff.
6. Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
7. Maintain accurate critical care documentation and treatment records.
8. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and continuing medical education.
