4. Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and academic planning for the surgical department.
5. Provide patient care, perform surgeries, and manage cases in teaching hospitals and outpatient clinics.
6. Guide and evaluate postgraduate trainees in operative and non-operative surgical skills.
7. Participate in departmental administration, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
