<ul><li>Teach and train undergraduate and postgraduate students in General Surgery.</li><li>Conduct theory lectures, clinical postings, and bedside teaching sessions.</li><li>Assist senior faculty in surgical procedures and ward management.</li><li>Supervise residents and interns in patient care and surgical techniques.</li><li>Guide students in clinical research, case presentations, and publications.</li><li>Participate in academic activities, CMEs, and departmental meetings.</li><li>Ensure adherence to NMC/MCI academic and clinical teaching norms.</li><li>Support outpatient, inpatient, and emergency surgical services.</li></ul>
