Job Description

1. Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in ENT through lectures, clinical demonstrations, and bedside training.
2. Supervise and mentor students, interns, and residents in ENT clinical practice and research projects.
3. Conduct research in ENT and related areas, and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
4. Participate in curriculum planning, development, and evaluation for ENT courses.
5. Provide patient care, diagnose ENT disorders, and perform surgical procedures in teaching hospitals and outpatient clinics.
6. Guide and assess postgraduate trainees in operative and non-operative ENT skills.
7. Participate in departmental administration, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
