Description

  • Supervise daily TPA desk operations including patient coordination, pre-authorization, and billing documentation.
  • Liaise with TPA/insurance providers to obtain pre-authorizations, approvals, and ensure timely claims processing.
  • Monitor inpatient billing, ensure charges are mapped accurately, and support cashless discharge processes.
  • Oversee the collection and submission of required documentation for insurance claims.
  • Coordinate with the billing and finance teams to track pending claims and follow up on reimbursements.
  • Handle TPA-related queries and grievances from patients and families in a professional manner.
  • Maintain relationships with empaneled insurance/TPA companies and ensure up-to-date agreements and tariffs.
