Job Description

1. Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per NABH / NABL / ISO standards.
2. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
3. Develop, review, and control SOPs, policies, and quality documents.
4. Monitor quality indicators, patient safety goals, and performance metrics.
5. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
6. Support accreditation processes, renewals, and inspections.
7. Conduct quality training and awareness programs for staff.
8. Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure compliance.
9. Handle incident reporting, patient safety events, and risk management.
10. Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
