<ul><li>Oversee QC operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Plan, supervise, and review testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Analyze laboratory data, identify deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Maintain and update QC documentation, records, and reports accurately.</li><li>Coordinate with production, QA, and R&amp;D teams to ensure consistent product quality.</li><li>Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and equipment.</li><li>Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and ensure adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Develop, review, and implement QC methods, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Train, mentor, and evaluate QC staff for skill development and compliance.</li></ul>
