<ul><li>Oversee QC laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Supervise QC team, assign tasks, and ensure timely and accurate completion of all testing activities.</li><li>Review and approve test results, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and laboratory documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with Production, QA, and R&amp;D departments to address quality-related issues.</li><li>Support method validation, stability studies, and analytical method development.</li><li>Monitor laboratory instruments, calibration, and preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety protocols, lab hygiene, and documentation standards.</li><li>Assist during internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.</li></ul>
