<ol><li data-list="bullet">Plan, execute, and supervise pilot-scale production batches in compliance with batch manufacturing instructions (BMI/BMR).</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with R&amp;D, QA, and QC teams for technology transfer, scale-up, and process optimization.</li><li data-list="bullet">Operate and monitor pilot plant equipment, ensuring process parameters meet quality and yield standards.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and ensure adherence to cGMP and SOPs.</li><li data-list="bullet">Troubleshoot production issues, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions promptly.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in the pilot plant area.</li><li data-list="bullet">Train and guide production staff, operators, and trainees on pilot plant operations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Participate in validation, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ol>
