Description

Oversee the packing process for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products, including tablets, capsules, and powders, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Ensure the correct labeling, packaging, and sealing of products according to company specifications and regulatory requirements.
Operate and maintain packaging machines, such as blister packers, tablet counters, and bottle filling machines, to meet production targets.
Perform in-process checks to ensure the accuracy of packaging materials and proper packaging of products.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth flow of the packing process.
Review and approve batch packaging records, ensuring proper documentation of packaging activities and compliance with quality standards.
Identify and address any deviations, non-conformances, or defects in packaging, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
Ensure the proper storage of finished goods, and manage inventory levels of packaging materials and finished products.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure the quality and safety of the packaged products.
Maintain a clean and organized packing area, adhering to safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines.
