Job Description
- Plan and oversee API production activities as per production schedules.
- Ensure execution of batches in compliance with BMR, SOPs, and GMP guidelines.
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure product quality.
- Lead and manage production teams, including executives, officers, and operators.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for approvals, in-process checks, and documentation.
- Investigate deviations, incidents, and implement CAPA.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
