<ul><li>Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations to achieve targets efficiently.</li><li>Ensure manufacturing activities comply with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and ensure timely batch execution.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth production workflow.</li><li>Monitor process parameters, equipment performance, and manpower utilization.</li><li>Oversee validation, calibration, and qualification activities related to production equipment and processes.</li><li>Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPA to ensure continual quality improvement.</li><li>Train and mentor production staff to maintain high standards of performance and discipline.</li></ul>
