<ul><li>Plan, organize, and oversee blister packing operations for capsules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Monitor line efficiency, reduce downtime, and control material wastage.</li><li>Supervise machine setup, operation, cleaning, and changeovers.</li><li>Review and maintain Batch Packing Records (BPR) and other documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and line clearance.</li><li>Train and mentor packing operators and technicians on blister line operations.</li><li>Ensure preventive maintenance and timely servicing of blister packing machines.</li></ul>
