Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of both Outpatient and Inpatient departments, ensuring smooth workflow, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to established protocols and standards.
Coordinate with department heads, physicians, and support staff to address operational challenges, optimize patient flow, and enhance efficiency.
Supervise nursing, administrative, and support staff in both OP and IP departments, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff members.
Ensure seamless coordination of care between outpatient and inpatient settings, facilitating smooth transitions for patients requiring admission or discharge.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the needs of patients across the continuum of care.
Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency in both OP and IP departments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies and procedures in both settings.
Foster a culture of patient-centred care and excellence in customer service, ensuring that patients and their families receive compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care at all times.
