Description
- Provide administrative support to the Manager of Medical Administration, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate departmental activities, including staff schedules, task assignments, and workflow management to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Assist in supervising administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, under the direction of the Manager of Medical Administration.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and coaching, and address performance issues as needed to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
- Assist in coordinating administrative support services for clinical departments, including patient scheduling, medical records management, and communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing, finance, and human resources, to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies related to medical administration practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance and promote a culture of quality and safety in medical administration practices.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects related to medical administration processes, systems, and services.
- Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting on key performance indicators, assisting in the development of action plans to address areas for improvement.
