<ul><li>Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.</li><li>Lead and manage production teams (operators, executives) on the shop floor.</li><li>Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, EHS, and other regulatory standards.</li><li>Review and approve manufacturing documentation: BMRs, SOPs, logbooks, deviation reports, etc.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives: yield improvement, downtime reduction, and cost control.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.</li><li>Ensure readiness for internal, external, and regulatory audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, WHO).</li><li>Provide technical training and performance monitoring for team members.</li></ul>
