<ol><li data-list="bullet">Plan, design, and execute R&amp;D projects for OSD formulations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Develop new formulations and improve existing products.</li><li data-list="bullet">Conduct pre-formulation, formulation development, and stability studies.</li><li data-list="bullet">Scale up formulations from lab to pilot or production scale.</li><li data-list="bullet">Prepare technical documents, reports, and regulatory submission dossiers.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with QA, QC, production, and regulatory teams for smooth project execution.</li><li data-list="bullet">Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.</li></ol>
