<ul><li>Supervise and ensure execution of in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging.</li><li>Review and approve BMRs/BPRs, line clearance, and critical control point monitoring.</li><li>Manage deviation handling, change control, CAPA, and quality investigations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and regulatory standards on the shop floor.</li><li>Coordinate with production, QC, warehouse, and engineering for QA-related activities.</li><li>Train and guide IPQA officers and shop floor personnel on quality practices.</li><li>Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits.</li><li>Prepare and review SOPs related to in-process QA operations.</li></ul>
