Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across departments.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management using HRMS tools.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and internal communication programs.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
