Description
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition and receive essential training on policies and job expectations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, resolving issues related to workplace policies, benefits, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement programs, including team-building activities, events, and recognition initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with department heads, setting timelines, and ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
- Assist in providing constructive feedback and counseling to employees, aligning their objectives with organizational goals.
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices, conducting periodic audits to identify gaps.
