1. Manage overall OPD & IPD billing operations.
2. Supervise billing executives and ensure accurate & timely billing.
3. Handle TPA/insurance cashless and reimbursement claims.
4. Ensure correct package, tariff, and discount application.
5. Coordinate with doctors, nursing, TPA desk, and finance for smooth billing.
6. Review bills to prevent errors, denials, and revenue loss.
7. Monitor discharge billing & clearance process.
8. Prepare and analyze daily/monthly MIS and billing reports.
9. Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and NABH standards.
10. Handle patient billing complaints and escalations professionally.
11. Support internal and external billing audits.
