Description

Lead the formulation development of new drug products, including oral solids, liquids, injectables, and topical formulations.
Develop robust, scalable, and reproducible formulations to meet the required quality, stability, and bioavailability standards.
Design and execute pre-formulation and formulation studies to support product development.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new formulations, ensuring process robustness and scalability for commercial production.
Collaborate with the process development team to optimize process parameters and equipment selection for efficient and consistent production.
Address formulation challenges such as solubility, stability, and bioavailability enhancement.
Ensure smooth transfer of developed formulations from R&D to the production or manufacturing teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality control, regulatory) to ensure successful technology transfer, scale-up, and commercialization of products.
Provide technical support during pilot scale-up, exhibit batch manufacturing, and validation of manufacturing processes.
