Description

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold a culture of hospitality and excellence in guest service, leading by example and providing guidance to staff in delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests.
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling staff, assigning duties, and resolving issues or conflicts as they arise.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, conducting regular inspections of food and beverage service areas and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, supplies, and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste while controlling costs.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and culinary team in developing and updating menus, incorporating guest feedback, market trends, and seasonal ingredients to enhance offerings and drive revenue.
  • Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers, increase sales, and maximize revenue, including promotions, special events, and upselling techniques.
