Description

Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
Uphold a culture of hospitality and excellence in guest service, leading by example and providing guidance to staff in delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests.
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling staff, assigning duties, and resolving issues or conflicts as they arise.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, conducting regular inspections of food and beverage service areas and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, supplies, and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste while controlling costs.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and culinary team in developing and updating menus, incorporating guest feedback, market trends, and seasonal ingredients to enhance offerings and drive revenue.
Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers, increase sales, and maximize revenue, including promotions, special events, and upselling techniques.
