Job Description
- Lead development of pharmaceutical formulations (tablets, capsules, injectables, etc.).
- Plan and supervise lab, pilot, and scale-up batches.
- Handle technology transfer from R&D to production.
- Review and approve formulation protocols, reports, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot formulation and process issues during development & production.
- Manage stability studies and data interpretation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
