Description

Manage and oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of engineering teams, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize team performance.
Develop and implement engineering processes, procedures, and solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Ensure that all engineering operations comply with safety, regulatory, and industry standards, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and maintenance, to address engineering challenges and improve processes.
Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting for engineering-related issues, providing solutions and continuous improvement strategies.
Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of new equipment or facility upgrades, ensuring smooth integration into operations.
Maintain engineering documentation, including specifications, project reports, and equipment manuals, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
