Job Description
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs in the hospital.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and other accreditation standards.
- Conduct internal audits, clinical audits, and quality rounds.
- Monitor key quality indicators (KPI) and prepare monthly quality reports.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for quality improvement initiatives.
- Investigate incidents, sentinel events, and root cause analysis (RCA).
