Description
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting and disclosures.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger system and ensure proper documentation and recording of financial transactions.
- Assist in the development, monitoring, and analysis of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Track budget performance, variance analysis, and provide recommendations to management for cost control and optimization.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, billing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounts payable and receivable transactions, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
