- Plan, supervise, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of all facility equipment and utilities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, water systems, boilers, DG sets, and other critical equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and SOPs.
- Manage maintenance team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
