Description

Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in pathology, covering topics such as general pathology, systemic pathology, clinical pathology, and anatomical pathology.
Design course materials, syllabi, and learning objectives aligned with program goals and accreditation standards.
Incorporate active learning strategies, technology, and case-based learning into teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
Mentor and advise students on academic and career development in pathology.
Conduct original research in pathology or related fields, leading to publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations, and external funding.
Supervise graduate student research projects and collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research initiatives.
Stay abreast of developments in the field of pathology through literature review, participation in conferences, and engagement with professional societies.
Lead laboratory sessions to demonstrate principles of experimental pathology, including histopathology, cytopathology, and molecular pathology.
Provide guidance and support to students in conducting laboratory experiments, interpreting results, and maintaining safety protocols.
