4. Participate in curriculum development, evaluation, and academic planning for the department.
5. Provide advanced patient care, manage complex orthopedic cases, and perform major surgical procedures in teaching hospitals.
6. Evaluate and guide postgraduate trainees in operative and non-operative orthopedic skills and clinical decision-making.
