<ul><li>Teach and train undergraduate and postgraduate students in Ophthalmology.</li><li>Conduct theory lectures, clinical demonstrations, and surgical training sessions.</li><li>Supervise outpatient and inpatient ophthalmic services.</li><li>Guide students in research, thesis, and publication work.</li><li>Assist in organizing academic programs, CMEs, and workshops.</li><li>Mentor junior faculty and residents in clinical and academic activities.</li><li>Ensure adherence to NMC/MCI regulations and institutional policies.</li><li>Participate in departmental administration and academic development.</li></ul>
