Job Description

1. Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in Obstetrics & Gynecology through lectures, seminars, and bedside clinical training.
2. Supervise residents, interns, and students in OB/GYN patient care, surgeries, and research projects.
3. Conduct, guide, and publish research in maternal-fetal medicine, reproductive health, and related areas.
4. Participate in curriculum development, evaluation, and academic planning for the department.
5. Provide advanced patient care, manage complex obstetric and gynecological cases, and perform surgical procedures in teaching hospitals and clinics.
6. Evaluate and guide postgraduate trainees in operative and non-operative OB/GYN skills and clinical decision-making.
7. Participate in departmental administration, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
