<ul><li>Teach and mentor undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MS/DNB General Surgery) students as per NMC/university curriculum.</li><li>Conduct lectures, clinical postings, bedside teaching, case discussions, skill demonstrations, and operative training.</li><li>Provide clinical services in OPD, IPD, Emergency, and OT, including diagnosis, management, and surgical interventions for general surgical cases.</li><li>Supervise surgical residents, interns, and nursing staff in patient management and surgical care.</li><li>Perform and demonstrate both elective and emergency surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety.</li><li>Guide postgraduate students in thesis/dissertation, research methodology, and publications in indexed journals.</li><li>Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, CMEs, workshops, seminars, and surgical skill training programs.</li></ul>
