<ul><li>Teach, train, and mentor undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MS/DNB ENT) students in theory, practicals, and clinical settings.</li><li>Conduct bedside teaching, case discussions, skill-based training, and academic assessments.</li><li>Provide comprehensive patient care in OPD, IPD, and Emergency related to ear, nose, throat, head &amp; neck conditions.</li><li>Perform and supervise ENT surgical procedures (tonsillectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, microlaryngeal surgery, mastoidectomy, thyroid/parotid surgery, etc.).</li><li>Guide and evaluate postgraduate students in research, thesis/dissertations, and encourage publications in indexed journals.</li><li>Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, CME programs, workshops, and skill labs.</li><li>Maintain high standards of clinical care, surgical safety, patient records, and medico-legal documentation.</li></ul>
