Description

Oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, policies, and best practices.
Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives and enhance profitability.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide insights into financial performance and help in decision-making.
Lead the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to maintain financial stability.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance, and financial regulations, including preparation and submission of tax filings.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and address any discrepancies or concerns raised during the audit process.
Provide financial analysis, reports, and advice to senior management to guide strategic business decisions and investments.
