4. Perform and interpret relevant imaging and laboratory investigations under supervision.
5. Provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency spine care services as assigned.
6. Counsel patients and families on surgical options, risks, recovery, and rehabilitation.
7. Coordinate multidisciplinary care with neurology, physiotherapy, pain management, and critical care teams.
8. Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to surgical protocols and safety standards.
