3. Evaluate and treat patients with asthma, COPD, tuberculosis, pneumonia, and interstitial lung diseases.
4. Perform and assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as bronchoscopy, pulmonary function tests, and thoracentesis.
5. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, including medications, oxygen therapy, and ventilatory support.
6. Interpret imaging studies, laboratory reports, and pulmonary function tests.
7. Coordinate with critical care, infectious disease, and cardiology teams for comprehensive patient management.
