4. Perform and interpret relevant neurological and radiological investigations under supervision.
5. Provide inpatient and outpatient neurosurgery services as assigned.
6. Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with treatment protocols.
7. Counsel patients and families regarding surgical procedures, risks, and recovery.
8. Coordinate care with neurology, anesthesia, critical care, and rehabilitation teams.
