4. Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans under consultant supervision.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurosurgeons, intensivists, and rehabilitation specialists.
6. Participate in inpatient rounds, outpatient clinics, and follow-up care.
7. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
