4. Plan and oversee treatments such as blood transfusions, chemotherapy, and bone marrow procedures.
5. Interpret laboratory tests, bone marrow reports, and peripheral smear findings.
6. Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
7. Coordinate with oncology, pathology, and critical care teams for multidisciplinary management.
