5. Interpret laboratory and imaging investigations relevant to hematological conditions.
6. Counsel patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and supportive care.
7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including oncology, pathology, and transfusion services.
8. Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
