Job Description

1. Assist senior ENT consultants in diagnosing and managing ear, nose, throat, and head & neck disorders.
2. Conduct OPD consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency ENT assessments.
3. Perform and assist in ENT surgeries including tonsillectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery, and ear procedures.
4. Evaluate patients with hearing loss, balance disorders, sinusitis, infections, and tumors.
5. Plan and monitor pre-operative and post-operative care for ENT patients.
6. Interpret diagnostic tests such as audiometry, imaging studies, and endoscopic evaluations.
7. Coordinate with anesthesiology, critical care, and other specialty teams for surgical management.
8. Provide patient counseling on treatment plans, surgical procedures, and follow-up care.
