Job Description

1. Assist in diagnosing and managing patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
2. Support consultants during elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures, including endoscopic and microsurgeries.
3. Manage preoperative and postoperative care, including ward and ICU rounds when necessary.
4. Perform and interpret relevant investigations such as audiometry, endoscopy, and imaging under supervision.
5. Provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency ENT services as assigned.
6. Counsel patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, surgical options, and recovery.
7. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including neurosurgery, oncology, ophthalmology, and speech therapy.
8. Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to surgical and hospital protocols, safety, and quality standards.
