Job Description

1. Assist in the diagnosis and management of patients with cardiac, thoracic, and vascular conditions.
2. Participate in planning and performing cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures under supervision.
3. Monitor perioperative and postoperative care, including ICU management of surgical patients.
4. Manage preoperative assessments, risk stratification, and patient optimization for surgery.
5. Collaborate closely with cardiac anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and critical care teams.
6. Assist in emergency interventions, including cardiac and vascular emergencies.
7. Maintain accurate surgical records, operative notes, and patient documentation.
8. Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and follow-up care.
