<ol><li data-list="bullet">Assist CTVS surgeons in managing pre- and post-operative patients.</li><li data-list="bullet">Participate in major cardiac and thoracic surgeries as second assistant.</li><li data-list="bullet">Manage ICU patients including ventilated and post-op cardiac cases.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with anesthesia, perfusionists, and ICU teams.</li><li data-list="bullet">Perform bedside procedures such as central lines, drains, and wound care.</li><li data-list="bullet">Monitor hemodynamics and adjust treatment plans accordingly.</li><li data-list="bullet">Counsel families regarding surgery, recovery, and follow-up plans.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain OT notes, ICU charts, and case documentation.</li></ol>
